Refunds and cancellation

Cancelling

Cancel in the app under Settings → Subscription, or by writing to support@respiresoft.com. Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep the paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

• Within 14 days of a first payment: write to us and we refund it in full, no reason needed.
• If a paid feature we promised stops working and we cannot fix it, we refund the unused part of the period.
• If we discontinue a paid feature, we refund the unused part.
• Otherwise, part-used periods are not normally refunded — but write to us anyway if something went wrong. We would rather sort it out.

How refunds are paid

Back to the method you paid with, usually within 14 days of us agreeing to it. How long it then takes to appear depends on your payment provider.

What happens to your records

Nothing. The daybook is on your phone and keeps working on the free plan. Cloud features stop; the records do not.

Bought through an app store?

If you subscribed through Google Play or the App Store rather than inside the app, the store handles billing and refunds under its own policy. Ask the store first — and tell us if you get stuck.
