These terms are between you and Respiresoft LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 32 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("we", "us"). They cover the Sabt app and this website.
Sabt is a daybook. It records what you sold, what you spent, what you lent and what you borrowed, and works out who owes who from those entries. It is a record of what you tell it.
Everything you record belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it. On the free plan it never leaves your device at all, and on any plan you can export it whenever you like — export is never locked.
The free plan keeps your book on your phone and is free for as long as you use it. The paid plan adds cloud features and is billed in advance for the period you choose. Prices are shown in the app before you pay. See refunds and cancellation.
On the free plan your records exist only on your device. If you lose the device, break it or uninstall the app without a saved copy, those records are gone and we cannot recover them — we never had them. Save backups. The app will remind you.
The daybook works offline and does not depend on us being online. Cloud features do, and we do not promise they will never be interrupted. We may change or discontinue features; if a paid feature goes away we will refund the unused part of what you paid for it.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost records, or losses arising from decisions you make using figures in the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Where we are liable, our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You can stop using Sabt at any time, cancel a subscription at any time, and delete your account at any time — see deleting your data. We may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms or the law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and disputes belong to the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
If these terms change in a way that matters, the app will say so before the change takes effect. The date at the top is the version you are reading.
